Why come to us?
Because we are employment law specialists. Tim Vogel is our Principal Employment Advocate. Tim has a law degree, a graduate diploma in dispute resolution, more than 3 decades of employment law experience, and has appeared in the Employment Relations Authority, the Employment Court, the High Court and the Court of Appeal. It will be Tim who represents you every step of the way, not someone junior or inexperienced.
We charge an hourly rate for our services which is considerably less than what lawyers would charge with the same level of experience. However, If you are an employee who has a personal grievance or other employment issue we believe is worth pursuing, we are happy to talk to you about representation on a ‘no win/no fee’ basis.
