Why come to us?

Because your employment needs are our focus and you will be provided with good quality representation, advice and support.  This will come from Tim Vogel, our Principal Employment Advocate.  Tim has a law degree, a graduate diploma in dispute resolution, more than 3 decades of employment law experience, and has appeared in the Employment Relations Authority, the Employment Court, the High Court and the Court of Appeal.  It will be Tim who represents you every step of the way, not someone junior or inexperienced. 

We charge an hourly rate for our services which is considerably less than what lawyers would charge with the same level of experience.  However, If you are an employee who has a personal grievance we believe is worth pursuing, we may act for you on a ‘no win/no fee’ basis.  Please feel free to talk to us about this option.
